A journey map visualizes the full path a user takes — from first discovery to conversion and beyond. It shows where they feel excited, confused, or drop off. This clarity helps prioritize design and marketing efforts where they matter most. It’s also a powerful tool for aligning teams across branding, UX, content, and sales, making sure everyone is working toward a shared experience.
